The project at 1021 Challenger is coming to a close and I wanted to let you know that it is on time, on budget and with superb workmanship. I am pleased with all facets of your company’s performance. Especially I want you to know about some of your people that I have been very impressed with as follows:
Kelly Garrett – Kelly has impressed me with her knowledge of how to run a project and her attention to detail. Even though Kelly has had to deal with some problems, she is always a professional and striving for quality in workmanship. As with any construction project, things don’t always go smoothly but her poise and cool head has prevailed throughout this job. In my opinion she is a genuine asset to your company and you are to be applauded for selecting her.
Bobby Devries – Bobby is a masterful craftsman with a wide array of skills. He has done a great job with drywall, stone and trim work. His eye for perfection has insured that quality is apparent in all aspects of the job.
Joey Roberts – Joey’s eye for colors demonstrate that she is a true artist, the faux painting in the great room, library and the cabinets in the KMG bath are truly a work of art. She has solved so many issues dealing with color match that I have a hard time coming up with the proper superlatives to describe how I view her considerable talents.
We know, as managers, we are made or broken by the people in our employ. My hat is off to you, Terry, for your selection of people of such high quality.
